Medical Recruitment. Who we recruit:

Investment: 1,000 per month. The first month is paid in advance to begin. You may cancel with two weeks’ notice.

This is a professional advisory focused on your best decision. It does not guarantee placement.

  • Specialty physicians, Board Certified or Board Eligible, for hospitals and specialty clinics.
  • Primary care physicians, in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine.
  • Primary care physicians under ACN license.
  • Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and Physician Assistants (PA).

Medical Recruitment. What our service includes:

  • Candidate pre-qualification: eligibility verification, license and certification validation, and professional references.
  • Interview coordination and contract negotiation support.
  • Replacement guarantee on medical placements.
  • Contract renewal management.

Specialty physician recruitment is also available for organizations in other states.

Non-Clinical Staffing: We recruit the administrative and support staff your organization needs, from executive and front office roles to billing, coding, and clinical support.

Medical Licensing

We are medical licensing specialists. We manage the full licensing process for your organization’s physicians, whether we recruited them or you hired them directly.

Florida

Our experience and knowledge of the process let us handle each application with precision, in line with the requirements of the Florida Board of Medicine and the Department of Health. We manage:

  • ACN license, Area of Critical Need.
  • Full medical license, through the Endorsement, Examination, and Mobile Endorsement pathways.
  • APRN license, including autonomous practice.
  • PA license.
  • DEA registration.

Other States: We manage medical, APRN, and PA licensing, and DEA registration in other states. We handle preparation, submission, and follow-up through final approval. Each state is processed individually. To learn the details for your state, contact us.

Important about our fees

Our fee covers only the professional management of the process. It does not include each state’s Medical Board fees or other process costs, which the client pays directly. These costs may include:

  • State Medical Board fees.
  • Fingerprinting.
  • National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) report.
  • License verification.
  • Other costs depending on the state
