Medical Licensing for Providers

Florida

Advanced Managed Care Program
A program designed for experienced physicians and healthcare professionals who already understand the managed care model and want to master it at an advanced, operational level — risk adjustment, quality, value-based economics, contracting, and compliance. Recommended prerequisite: the Managed Care Fundamentals Program, or equivalent hands-on managed-care experience.

- Advanced CMS-HCC / V28 risk adjustment, RAF calculation, and RxHCC (Part D).
- Advanced documentation and MEAT, RADV audit readiness, and SDOH / Z codes.
- Star Ratings, technical HEDIS, CAHPS / HOS, and closing care gaps at scale.
- Utilization, post-acute care and transitions, and care-management billing (CCM, TCM, RPM, and behavioral health).
- MA plan economics and the MLR, physician compensation, and building a panel financial model.
- Contracting models, the value-based ecosystem (ACO / MSSP / LEAD), and Special Needs Plans (SNPs) and dual-eligible care.
- Prior authorization rules (CMS-0057-F) and compliance (the False Claims Act and the 60-day rule).
